Step 1. Before each application, ensure skin is clean, free of any products and completely dry.
Step 2. Remove adhesive backing & gently apply patch to targeted area. Press patch firmly from middle to edges, removing any air bubbles.
Step 3. For maximum effectiveness leave on overnight, or 1-2 hours for a quick fix. To remove, gently peel patch from skin.
Step 4. To keep the patch looking its best, rinse with warm water after every 2-3 uses. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or soaps when rinsing.
Step 5. Allow patch to air dry. Do not use a towel to dry patch.
Step 6. Place back on cover ready for next use. Use consistently for best results.
