Arnica Plus also helps the bodyās natural ability to cope with long-distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns.
Acute: Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required.Ā
Chronic: Use 2 sprays per dose orally 3 times a day as required.
Equally, if symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the remedy immediately and consult your healthcare professional.
When there is a risk of bleeding i.e. during surgery, it is recommended to use Arnica 30c, 200c or 1M.
